Rita Barakat is a force of color, compassion, and creativity. She's not just an artist — she’s a visual storyteller who paints with purpose, weaving beauty, meaning, and magic into every brushstroke. Known for her rich jewel tones and whimsical yet empowering style, Rita creates art that speaks to the soul and champions individuality.
As a worship leader and youth pastor, she pours into her community with the same vibrant energy she brings to her canvas. At home in Dallas with her husband and five amazing children — three adopted with special needs — Rita lives out her values of faith, love, and service. Whether she’s guiding others through self-discovery in her fairy workshops or lighting hearts through her “Art of Giving” events, Rita’s mission is clear: to help others see their beauty, own their stories, and believe they are more.
