Artwork Submission Requirements
Up to 2 pieces of art
Framed or painted (finished) edges
No artwork larger than roughly 24" x 24"
Artwork must be wired to 3" from the top
Artwork must be clearly labeled on the back or base with artist name, contact information and title/price
No political or religious art
Art should be tasteful and appropriate for all audiences
Important Terms and Conditions
Artist exhibitors are required to hang their art for approximately 45 days or until artwork is sold
All art must be for sale and priced by the artist
No entry fee required
A 20% RAL commission will be deducted on each piece sold
Artists will receive payment within 10 days of purchase
Artists should have insurance or accept the risk for their artwork - RAL, the venue, and City of Fate do not take responsibility for artists' property
All artwork is pending acceptance by Dark Ritual Coffee Roasters
The Publicity/Social Media/Website Committee will coordinate publicity using RAL's Social Media and Website, as well as, other publicity resources. Artists are encouraged to promote the event.
How to Submit Your Artwork
All art will be for listed on the website for sale.
The artist is responsible for submitting a high-quality images to use on the RAL website.
Include artist name, title, price and medium used.
Image must be a jpeg or .png file
