Cara Noggle is a local digital and mixed media artist.
She studied fashion design and digital art at The Art Institute of dallas.
She is an award winning artist and graphic designer. Her works have been published in D magazine and Cowboys and Indians.
She uses digital photography, digital illustration and layering to create a unique depth to her work.
