I was born and raised in Minnesota, but lived and worked most of my life in Washington State. Living now in Texas has reinforced my belief that you can find beauty everywhere you look, if you just look, whether it's the wind-swept northern plains, metropolitan DFW, or pine covered rolling mountains. Cindy Fritz has been drawing since she was a toddler. She has a B.A. in art and art education. Cindy does demonstrations for art groups and teaches children’s and adult classes in her home in Forney. She has won awards with Texas Area Artists, Artists ‘Round Texas, Irving Art Association, the Texas State Fair, and the Kaufman County Fair. Her favorite media are soft pastel and watercolor.
