James Brown has lived in the Dallas area for thirty years. By day he works as a Cloud Administrator for Verizon, but only recently has discovered the joy of painting.
James is inspired by geometry and precision. Taking cues from Mondrian, Van Doesburg, and the De Stijl movement of the early 20th century, he prefers to work in abstraction. The sharp lines and primary colors speak to the fundamentals of art and nature, a reduction to the essentials of our world.
