About The Event
Michael O’Keefe lives and works as an artist in Dallas, Texas, working in the fields of drawing, painting and sculpture. Michael exhibits his work regularly in Dallas, represented by Valley House Gallery and Sculpture Garden. Michael received a Bachelor degree in Arts from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA after studying at the Maryland Institute College of Art and the International School of Art in Umbria, Italy. Following his undergraduate education, Michael studied briefly at The New York Studio School. Michael received an MFA from Southern Methodist University.
Michael O’Keefe has 20 years of teaching experience, working with a very diverse range of students. He has worked with individuals of all ages and various backgrounds, working in the disciplines of design, drawing, painting and sculpture, as well as art history.
