Wooloo.org - Wooloo has a searchable worldwide database of opportunities submitted by users.
Zapplication.org - Zapplication is an online resource that not only lists opportunities, but helps users submit their images and applications. It's free to individual artists, but you must register to use it.

The 4th annual juried Sunriver Art Faire will once again be held in the newly refurbished Village at Sunriver, Oregon. This 3-day event (limited to 70 exhibitors) will showcase Artists displaying and selling their fine arts and fine crafts in an outdoor setting, and will include a variety of professional entertainment, food court, and an Art Activity Center which includes a Kid's Art Center and artist demonstrations. This mid-August weekend is high season at Central Oregon’s premier vacation getaway – Sunriver Resort. Sunriver is a planned private residential and resort community 15 miles south of Bend in Deschutes County. Located at the base of the Cascade Mountains, Sunriver's 3,300 acres wind along the scenic Deschutes River.

The 4th Annual Downtown Art and Street Fair is Saturday, April 13th, from 10am-6pm in the 200 block of W. 26th Street in historic downtown Bryan, Texas.
The event features artists and artisans as well as live music and street performers. An arts demonstration and hands on art activity area for all ages will also be part of the festivities. Over the last several years, downtown Bryan has actively fostered the arts. This fair continues to build on that- inviting area arts lovers to attend as well as actively marketing the event to Texas A&M students and their parents. This is a recognized event of Texas A&M Parent’s Weekend. Admission is free.

Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival 2013 - The Woodlands, Texas

Now in its 8th year, The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival has become a showpiece for the Texas fine arts tour and is already ranked among the top 100 arts venues in the country. This is a festival that appreciates its artists and art patrons. Set in a gorgeous venue along a 1.25 mile waterway and waterside park, this juried fine arts festival features 200 national and regional artists. Artists benefit from the location 27 miles north of the greater Houston area with over 4 million residents and 1 million along the Montgomery County/North Houston corridor.
Official Texas State Arts & Crafts Fair 2013 - Kerrville, Texas

The Official Texas State Arts & Crafts Fair will be 42 years old in 2013. Located on a 7.5 acre park, the Fair is an OUTDOOR event spread throughout the grounds with booths underneath large tents, as well as a variety of open air spaces.
Under new management, the Fair is going back to its roots with a strong focus on arts and fine crafts with top quality exhibitors, as well as a heavy dose of art education in the form of demonstrations and art-based activities for attendees.
